Lead a team of 4 Account Managers and an Account Coordinator in the development and execution of all promotions. Manage relationships with all print, web and fulfillment vendors. • In 2008, was a key member in the design and implementation of a customized CRM system that assists in the management and reporting of all campaigns. • In 2008, was a key member in the development of an innovative on-line flight booking engine for promotions. • Oversee lifespan of over 50 promotions at any one time totaling more than $15 million in revenue. • Created and implemented internal reporting solutions regarding campaign budgets and profitability analysis as well as formats for clients regarding promotional statistics. • Advise sales team with proposals to clients based on promotional analytics to determine proper customer call-to-action, mechanic, and reward choice.
