Maintained stock levels and ensured accountability for multi-million dollar equipment inventory. Selected and managed relationships with 11 vendors. Directly supervised, trained and mentored staff of 39 warehouse personnel. Tracked until completion all purchase orders, ensuring all required equipment is ordered and received in a timely manner. Prepared daily performance reports for direct supervisor and senior-level management. Maintained detailed inventory records and computer database spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel. Created and tracked daily work schedules. Operated 4K & 6K forklift and tractor trailer. Selected for promotion to Acting Supervisor, with responsibility for performing all functions of Warehouse Supervisor. Spearheaded development and implementation of innovative order-tracking system that streamlined order-delivery process significantly. Received score of 100% on all Quality Assurance inspections. Completed monthly cyclet inventories of all assigned Government Funded Equipment (GFE). Completed all necessary paper work to adjust, drop and add equipment to my hand receipt (DA Form 4949). Drove Army Vehicles: 1088 Tractor & Trailer, 10K Forklift, HUMMV Series, 4K & 6K Forklift, LMTV
