Daily Duties at Noridian Administrative Services:

As a Business Analyst, I worked with the end user to define change management requests. I was the liason between the client and development team to ensure optimal communication during the change management process. I was responsible for operational business requirements gathering and documention during implementation. I continued to document and define business requirements as the need arose. I worked with the development team to create a process flow that optimized resources and provided feasible timelines. I trained several claims adjudicators to continue specific Medicaid processes. I created the documentation and training manuals for this purpose.

What they like about Noridian Administrative Services:

You highly value a work environment built on a formal structure, rules, and regulations. You do not enjoy the unpredictability of shifting priorities and deadlines that upset your routine. You require and enjoy direction, input and accountability as part of your work environment. You have a strong need to participate in making key decisions and feel left out if your superiors or co-workers do not seek your input when making decisions. You thrive on providing good customer service to both internal or external customers, and doing so makes you feel good.
