Daily Duties at Acs Government Solutions :
I was responsible for inbound provider inquiries regarding Medicaid claims. I also adjudicated claims for specialized Medicaid services which required manual pricing and approval. I worked with vendors to obtain bids to print informational releases and manual updates for Medicaid providers such as physicians, hospitals, and dentists. I assisted other units when necessary, applying third party payments to recoupment requests and processing documention requests when needed.
