Daily Duties at Imation/Decision One:
Responsibilities • Manage and grow $25 Million client account spanning Europe, North and South America, and Asia Pacific. • Renegotiate existing agreements across all foreign subsidiaries targeting profitability increases and long term commitments. • Identify new markets and justify marketing budget to penetrate opportunities outside of existing 3M business. • Liaise with major account, performing negotiations, delivering high-impact presentations, and communicating with corporate decision-makers to sell solutions. Accomplishments • Increased operating income by 43% and account profitability by 27% in newly negotiated contracts within Europe and Asia-Pacific subsidiaries. • Persuasively renegotiated $10 million in contracts, with four 3M divisions, throughout 2000 and 2001 in U.S. • Strategically developed and employed new global pricing strategy. • Captured new accounts with GE Medical Systems and DirecTV, increasing annual revenue by $3 million. • Recipient of Circle of Excellence award for 2002 recognizing achievement in excess of 125% of annual revenue target. • Recipient of the “Top Performer Award” in 2001. Awarded to the top 1% of employees displaying outstanding professionalism, performance, leadership, and teamwork.
