Responsibilities • Promoted by Certus One ownership to build and run new division focusing on providing electronic scanning and document conversion services for law firms and corporate legal departments in addition to Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions for data analysis. • Build organization from operational infrastructure to sales team and administrative staff. • Management of all day to day operations of start up organization ranging from hiring to revenue generation to management of overall profitability. • Penetrate law firms and corporate legal departments and establish organization as critical supplier of electronic evidence support • Drive revenue and profitability of services provided. Accomplishments • Company realized revenue growth in excess of 300% from FY 2005 to FY 2007. • Succeeded in establishing business relationships with 22 of the top 25 law firms in the Twin Cites. • Penetrated 7 of the top 20 Global law firms including Baker McKenzie and DLA Piper. • Responsible for bringing on new corporate clients such as US Bank, Target, SuperValu, Ceridian, and Northwest Airlines. • Negotiated and ran multiple national litigation document productions in first 18 months. • Built organization from three employees to 36 spanning operations, sales, finance and administrative.
