Daily Duties at People Soft:

• Evaluated, adjusted and streamlined the Peoplesoft GL and AR setup for a global technology management services leader. Researched & resolved setup configuration and interface issues between AR and GL requirements. Documented the setup, provided customer data to a 3rd party product, received billing information from 3rd party product and received payment information from the client’s legacy system. Verified that the interface feeds complied with PeopleSoft’s Interface Requirements and resolved interface issues. Knowledge of all aspects of Peoplesoft AR and GL were essential for the success of the project. • Defined, compiled and prepared business requirements for PeopleSoft AR, Billing, GL and AP modules at a national advertising company. Configured the clients system as a vanilla implementation, tested it, helped client resolve conversion issues related to the customer / client file, vendor file, COA and historic records of both vendors and customers. Made security and backup recommendations. Knowledge of all aspects of Peoplesoft AR, Billing, GL & AP essential to the success of the project. Assisted with project management • Installed, setup, implemented PeopleSoft Insurance Administration and Billing modules for a leading Insurance Company. Supported GL, AP and AR modules interfacing to IA. Research & resolution setup, interface and customization conflicts. Verified and implemented interface. Used Query, Crystal and PeopleTools to write and add reports to IA. Customized and Documented IA. Knowledge of all aspects of Peoplesoft Insurance Administration, GL, AP and AR were essential for the success of the project.
