Daily Duties at Kpmg:
• Conduct timely and quality project PMO reviews according to current project review processes, procedures and deliverables, and review activities (Schedule, Conduct, Report, Follow Up and Close). • Develop and market advisory services for Oracle and PeopleSoft client base, including Internal Controls Transformation, Pre and Post Implementation Reviews, Project Monitoring, and Quality Assurance. • Access and evaluate client’s automated controls. • Develop QA test plans, strategies and organization. • Advise our clients how to standardize their implementations, • Devise a project delivery standard from the teachings of Martin and DeMarco, SDLC methodologies, Six Sigma methodologies, just to name a few of sources. • Advised on implementation and installation of PeopleSoft HRMS modules at a leading pharmaceutical company. • Advised on implementation and installation of PeopleSoft Financials modules at a major local state government. • Advised on installation of PeopleSoft Financials to sink up with PeopleSoft HRMS at a major local state government. • Managed a number of Information Technology process, control documentation, and testing engagements. • Advise client senior management and end users on ERP operational controls and security design at application, database, and infrastructure levels.
