Daily Duties at Cna Surety Company :
Supported four Underwriters including Branch Manager. Handled most department communications via phone, email, and fax. Initiated communications with account underwriters to facilitate approval for execution of bonds, and other requests from agents/brokers. Assisted agents/brokers with matters related to requests, renewals, cancellations & invoicing. Processed agent/broker reported bond business. Executed, reviewed, rated, invoiced and set up bond files for various types of bonds. Set up Diary System for pulling, reviewing, putting back, destroying when necessary surety bond files. Notarized surety documents and other relevant types of documents to the department. Maintained office equipment and ordered office supplies.
