Daily Duties at Massachusetts General Hospital (Via Bulfinch Temporary Services):
Supported two clinicians, department Supervisor and visiting Executives. Assisted with travel arrangements and some calendar management for clinicians. First point of contact for the department, greeted patients, assisted research assistants, and visiting pharmaceutical reps, patients and other visitors. Monitored and routed emails, phones, faxes for the department. Performed other projects as assigned by Supervisor.
