Daily Duties at Mpri:
Works in HQ TRADOC, G3/5/7, Joint and Combined Arms Training Directorate (JCATD). Is the primary TRADOC staff person responsible for policy guidance, management oversight and resource priorities for Combat Identification in the new branch called Joint Air-Ground Operations (JAGO) to coordinate air-ground operational issues. Daily support services include all aspects of JAGO, and are not limited to analysis and integration of Combined and Collective Joint issues across the Army and five Joint interdependencies: battle command, fires and effects, logistics, force projection, and air and missile defense. Tasks include: (1) Serve as on-site Project Manager to interface with government authorities to receive requirements and direct activities. (2) Coordinate analysis, discussion, specification, and recommended command position on CID -JAGO issues; and (3) Plan, organize, and facilitate meetings, workshops, and conferences sponsored by HQ TRADOC and subordinate commands and activities related to CID. Assists with other JAGO tasks, to include ISR, Joint Fires, JCATD as directed.
