Daily Duties at Ibm:
As a consultant through TelTech, provided technical support of the FCMS (Floor Control Management System) Database System for the processor fabrication facility. Quickly learned IMS and DB2, SQL and DL/1 to support the database. Modified existing data, as well as determined and helped users follow procedures to relieve problems Wrote new code to fix problems that had been discovered. Created education for problems so that users would have documentation on how to alleviate common problems. Created a set of CLISTs to automate the scanning of output required on a daily basis. Also acted as the primary contact for the group on a rotating basis; receiving and resolving problems during a full 24 hour period, being available after hours via a pager.
