Virtual position with Hewitt, the world's largest provider of multi-service HR business process outsourcing, and the only firm fully integrating HR outsourcing and consulting. • Developed outstanding business relationships with all hiring teams at 20 Marriott Hotel properties in four states. • Filled 435 job requisitions representing over 600 hires in an 20-month period between 2007-2009 • Achieved 122% of bonus goals for 2008 and 100% in 2007 based on contract performance. • Consistently exceeded Service Level Agreement goals (overall weekly average of 92%, exceeding the year-end target goal of 85%). • Conducted on-line training “Webinars” and provided tutorial guides for more than 90 associates, teaching enhancements in job postings. Results of these sessions accelerated the average days-to-hire from 80 days to 50 days.
