LogicLibrary manufactures an enterprise-level reusable software and web services repository product. Budget • Created professional services offerings. • P&L and Budgetary responsibility for all of Professional Services. • Initiated revenue-based staffing model. Recruited and hired into the model including a high-end staff of managers and senior engineers. Business Development • Developed the 3rd party strategy and established relationships with consulting organizations to support the insertion of the product. • Management team member collaborating on pricing, sales, marketing, business development and product development for solution selling. • Developed and delivered on-site technical services to customer using Perl, Java, WebSphere, DB2 Product and Development Process Management • Supervised the creation of services products and marketing collateral. • Identified and defined customer requirements/requests that then became product festures.
