Daily Duties at Accept Software:
In this start-up customer-facing role I work closely with our clients on business and technology issues surrounding Portfolio/Product Management and New Product Innovation. I am the Engagement Manger in designing the processes and procedures surrounding these cross-organizations activities and making recommendations on strategic approaches to Product Development. In addition, I have responsibilities in Business Development & Partnerships, Product Management, Services Operations and Training. Product and Development Process Management • Identified and defined customer requirements/requests that then became product festures. Particpated on the Product Management team in identifying the product roadmap and the features to be included in the releases. Defined strategy and researched market demands to support product and feature enhancements.
