Daily Duties at Orion Telescopes:
Night and Weekend manager duties, supervised CSRs, maintained call inbound and overflow, Data analysis and Technical Support. Team lead in Email support. Shipping and receiving backup support, database management, software upgrades, technical writing, collect feedback, Internet research, product trainer and skills development, expedited shipping, customer appeasement and problem solving. Top producer in sales and cross selling products to meet customers needs. Built and maintained effective client relationships by responding to every customer .Conducted market and competition research to retain customers, Receptionist and Admin support as needed. Served on company morale and sales committees.
