Daily Duties at Supreme Beverage:

Accounts Payable Specialist, coding, research and respond to vendor inquiries and discrepancies, process expense reports, maintained vendor files, Work closely w/ Marketing and Sales Managers including data entry in spreadsheets and analyzing trends, distribute sales reports and sales packets daily. Implemented marketing ideas via research and proposals. Submitted three solid marketing proposals to company in my first 18 months. Create special projects on my own. Liaison between customer and salesmen. Cultivated and secured positive customer relationships with company. Warehouse inventory as needed. Research and develop new sales projects, Procurement of services and supplies, ordered POS materials, Track and maintained all POS budgets and other commodities required for facilities and employees. Negotiated and slashed year end office supplies budget by 1/3 in 2006 and continue to keep orders well under budget. Facilitate monthly sales objectives and YTD goals, forecasting, heavy filing and file maintenance, co-ordinate travel arrangements, co-ordinate staff meetings and maintain office equipment. Worked closely with HR in implementing new policies and procedures. Graphics Dept back up and providing graphics for city events. Telesales backup as needed. Receptionist duties including multi-line phone system and telephony service and repair. Multi-level communication with various aspects of staff.
