(logo development, collateral package, interior/exterior signage, “family-look” administrative forms, branded apparel) • Delivered marketing programs aimed at the resort/vacation/second home niche markets. • Spearheaded strategic planning retreats and aligned goals and applicable resources of organization to address opportunities identified in business plan. • Initiated “member experience” improvement techniques through team-building workshops and service training. • Provided day-to-day leadership and direction for a 13,000 member real estate trade association, while overseeing event logistics for 8,000 registrations per year. (seminars, designations, continuing education and technology) • Utilized knowledge of lifestyle trends and implemented generational marketing techniques to capture attention of targeted audience. • Advanced the efforts of the National Association of Realtors® to invest resources into marketing programs aimed at the resort/vacation/second home niche markets both in the United States and abroad. • Lead international trade missions to and from Panama and United Kingdom for the purposes of networking and showcasing investment opportunities.
