Daily Duties at Reliable Drug Stores:
Responsible for sales results in all locations as well as all day to day operational issues. Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training of all employees, especially Registered Pharmacist. Responsible for scheduling all shifts of all Pharmacists in 22 locations. Responsible for maintaining the proper inventory levels of both the sales floor as well as the pharmacy. Responsible for making sure that each location was following all Federal and State pharmacy rules and guidelines. Responsible for following up on all HR and LP issues as well as achieving yearly shrink budgets.
