Daily Duties at Randtron Antenna Systems:
Revamped the EHS organization, reduced staff and brought into OSHA compliance and with all regulatory requirements especially in the air & water quality permitting, chemical control, EPA, SWPPP, SPCC, NESHAP, DOT, and RCRA hazardous waste areas and met L-3’s internal stringent EHS requirements. * Dramatically reduced reportable injuries, restricted duty & lost work days (especially in ergonomics). * Assigned management responsibility for Facilities & Maintenance & later Business Interruption & Continuation. * Restructured EHS & Facilities/Maintenance into a customer focused computer based organization with firm tactical and strategic goals and objectives. Orchestrated numerous major EHS and facility upgrade modifications.
