Daily Duties at Postnet International:
Manage franchise support operations for a portfolio of 75+ Postnet stores nationwide. *Support business owners in all facets of new franchise operational launch, turnaround operations, including location openings, conflict resolution, systems implementation and troubleshooting, corporate franchise compliance, process upgrades, training and customer service. *Assist franchisees with implementing financial, operations and marketing programs to increase sales and profit. *Facilitate 3-5 new store openings concurrently, guiding owners through an 8-week pre-grand opening process. *Provide training and support in proprietary POS implementation, transactional operations, and reporting functionality. *Consistently recognized as a proactive and responsive business consultant who models integrity and dedication, partnering with new franchise owners to ensure sales growth and profitability goals.
