Managed a combined sales account worth approximately $70 million over several projects. Led cross functional teams in Mexico and US. Ensured timely completion of these activities which support the “on time and on target cost” delivery of the program(s) to the customer. •Developed master schedule based on Customer Production Timing & PPAP (customer approval). •Managed and resolved program issues (technical, sales, manufacturing, quality). •Tracked all customers APQP requirements using Project master Schedule and communicated all requirements to cross-functional team during internal weekly meeting. •Managed customer meetings (cross functional Takata Holdings & cross functional customer teams). •Supported engineering Design Reviews (DR), and led Program Reviews (PR). Ensured all issues are closed in a timely manner. •Managed open issues/ timing with customer, engineering and sales at set intervals. •Reported project status and progress to senior managers on a regular basis.
