Daily Duties at Gpts, Inc.:

GE Power Systems Engagement • Served as a TSE within the PAC (Power Answer Center) for GE. Utilizing available technical information and various resources (i.e. drawings, bill of materials, ordering of spare parts, and technical publications), provided technical support to field engineers, which included the analysis, diagnosis and repair of systems in critical downtime situations, • First line of contact between the customer and the Product Service Engineering teams • Ensured efficient trouble-shooting and timely follow-up on system and equipment problems.
