Daily Duties at Lucent Technologies:
• Prepared job specifications, memorandums, material requisitions, and drawings, using manual and mechanized tools, for the installation of telecommunications equipment (i.e. ADC, Avaya, Tellabs, Alcatel) within various BellSouth central offices. Updated BellSouth Central Office drawings using AutoCAD 2000. • Chosen to serve on productivity improvement project to perform job and gap analysis of the equipment fulfillment process for BellSouth. Strived for and obtained continuous process improvement to provide on-time, cost effective, quality equipment to our customers. Streamlined/re-engineered processes by utilizing sound process improvement models and analysis techniques, with consideration given to cross-functional information dependencies and system impacts. • Provided assistance to installation supervisors on any questions or corrections. Worked with stakeholders to resolve issues and implement resolutions to meet project objectives.
