Daily Duties at Eduventures, Inc:
• Managing over $1mm in client revenues annually • Driving over $500,000 of new and repeat consulting business annually; 25% of business unit sales • Supporting multiple client business divisions: marketing, finance, operations, strategy • Developing internal talent and processes for entrepreneurial companies • Managing all aspects of consulting projects: client relationship management, proposal development, primary and secondary research design, qualitative and quantitative data collection, staff management, budgeting, analysis and development of actionable recommendations
