Accenture at BellSouth Engagement • Provided status and process support for Encore leadership in the Wholesale Customer Operations tower. • Supported the project manager in creation and maintenance of the work breakdown structure (WBS) and schedule, for all major/minor enhancements or new development effort. Tracked all progress against the project plan, using the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodology. • Primary objectives included maintenance of process documentation, coordination of the process change management plan, and the completion of other duties as assigned
