Daily Duties at Apc, Inc.:

Accenture at BellSouth Engagement • Served as Process Development Lead for Encore PMO. Responsible for facilitating the change management process for BellSouth’s ENCORE program process manual. • Interfaced with Project Managers, Release Managers, Testers, and Architects in order to create/update program processes which were used during the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). of BellSouth software releases. Responsible for creating and assigning deliverables to ensure milestones for the process update project(s) were met. • Responsible for all project closeout activities, including those with external stakeholders and Encore leadership. Scheduled project status meetings with key stakeholders and distributed meeting minutes to leadership as needed.
