Daily Duties at Bryan Medical Group:

Managed every aspect of the clinic including the operations of the billing department, radiology department, laboratory, and medical records. Managed staff for six physicians, a general surgeon, a dermatologist and two nurse practitioners. Selected Contributions:  Supervision of forty-five clinical and office staff members including performance evaluations  Assisted the physicians in the management of their patient and professional schedules  Oversaw the daily entry of all charges and monitored for appropriate ICD9 and CPT coding  Devised and implemented policies within the departments that streamlined processes and increased efficiency  Acted as the liaison between Worker’s Comp. intermediaries, physicians and patients  Responsible for the coordination in the planning, construction, decorating, and transition of the new Dermatology wing
