Coordinated incoming client referrals and scheduled appropriate medial staff. Supervised staff and client relations. Interviewed prospective staff employees and conducted background checks. Performed staff orientations, prior insurance authorizations and monitored accounts receivables, billing compilation and payroll approval. Selected Contributions:  Contributed to the growth of the Home Health sector of the division  Implemented new processes and procedures per corporate guidelines to increase efficiency  Increased private pay staffing revenue by identifying area hospital needs for interim staffing and increasing staff within to provide the requests for additional coverage
