Daily Duties at Sacred Heart Health System:
Managed the successful daily operations of the front and back office. Supervised both clinical and office staff. Provided leadership in the practice to coordinate and improve customer service and employee satisfaction. Acted as the key interface between members of the practice’s patient care team and medical group management. Coordinated, communicated and implemented processes, systems and procedures. Managed physician’s schedules to coordinate on-call, hospital and clinic schedules. Selected Contributions: Responsible for the implementation of the shared Nuclear Medicine studies at the hospital performed by the office’s Cardiologists, including the coordination of the shared schedule with the hospital and the process for scheduling and billing the studies Assisted in the joining of two Cardiology practices with the addition of another Cardiologist, Pulmonologist and their staff Developed and implemented the consolidated physician schedule to accommodate the additional physicians Assisted in the development of new fee slips to improve efficiency and coding accuracy Coordinated the relocation of the clinic to a new location, accomplishing the move in one day
