Daily Duties at Atex Media Solutions:

Quality Assurance Tester Received numerous promotions with increasing responsibility throughout tenure. Tested post-development client-server based software packages for the print industry, including magazines, catalogs, and newspaper publications. Served as project test lead on client installations; identified and resolved critical issues; performed end-user training. Provided 24/7 technical support to resolve critical client-server software issues for newspaper clients. Performed multiple installations throughout the United States and the Chicagoland area. Presented reports to management at all levels. Grainger Installation Project: Led the software project testing for Grainger’s tool catalog. Worked closely with ATEXs Installation Team as well as with the customers in-house staff to ensure all phases of testing, troubleshooting, validation, and execution were accomplished in accordance with quality standards. Remained at the client location to provide end-phase post-installation testing, training, and support. Product installation resulted in a $2 million product cost savings to Grainger.
