Daily Duties at Convergys:

Implemented medium to large scale, revenue and non-revenue producing projects that support call center operations, customer relationship management (CRM) solutions, and application hosting for multi-national clients. Implementations would include deploying: SAP HR, payroll, custom built modules, Peoplesoft HRIS and Benefit module “wraps” providing Convergys’ call center agents access to screens and secondary information, Avaya’s Quintus Contact Management, Authoria KMS, Web pages, Java, Web applications, Conversant 7.5 and 8.0 Interactive Voice Response and CTI (Computer Telephony Integration), Digital Gardens’ Employee Tracking, and Lason’s Total Imaging solution. Created product strategy for Convergys’ Employee Care HR outsourcing line of business. Developed Employee Self-Service product design, implementation, and technology integration, to include, but not limited to, developing and delivering sales presentations, developing value propositions, proposal development, responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals), client education, issue tracking and resolution, and negotiating contracts. • Created an internal “blueprint” proposal to create HR service center that if implemented, would save company over $5 million over 3 years with greater on-going savings. • Conceptualized new ways of achieving expense savings. Analyzed current process for scanning and storing incoming documents, designed, coordinated, and launched newly redesigned and streamlined system. Results: Saved the company over $2M in yearly fees and allowed call center agents to upgrade retrieval time from 2-3 days to “real-time” access.
