(Contracts to Blue Cross Blue Shield of South Carolina and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida) Sr. Program Manager Total accountability for the success of HIPAA 278 transaction modification and TMCS screen changes projects including: identifying the business goals of projects and for developing clear definitions of success, tracking project hours, project planning and ensuring that ISSM is followed, managing the execution of project plan, identifying the project team and for fostering a team identity, and preparing project documents and presentations. Analyzed business processes and needs, participated in cross-functional task forces to identify current or future workflow, data definitions, information sources and distribution paths for all business processes, conducted business process analysis, needs assessment and technical cross walks, work with Systems Analyst and other IT staff to review business needs and requirements and explore technology options, prepared and presented findings to client for decisions on options to pursue, and documented detailed business functional requirements and process flows.
