Daily Duties at Infosys:
• Attending requirements baseline meetings, meetings with client on status updates. • Understanding the Technical Requirement. • Communicating with onsite coordinator and handling team at offshore. • Preparing Test Plan for various projects, based on technical requirements. • Performing regression testing with help of Quick Test Professional Tool. • Preparing scripts for testing the application and storing the scripts generated. • Using the scripts and updating the script when requirement changes. • Conducting Self Review and Peer Review of all deliverables prepared. • Preparing Quality Test Cases to cover all the requirements. • Using Quality Center to write and save the test cases. • Running Test Cases using Quality Center and saving the actual results in QC. • Preparing the graphs and reports for test execution and creating ticket for test that fails and assigning to developer. • Retesting the test case once fix has been made by developers. • Performed System Testing, Load/stress Testing, Integration Testing. • User Acceptance Testing where helping the team of other application to serve the data required because of dependencies. • Pre collecting data for test case execution and generating test data when needed. • Execution of test cases and performing System testing, Regression testing and Production Testing. • Working on Table Update Request. • Managing the Deliverables in VSS and Shared Drive.
