Daily Duties at Florida Department Of Health:
(15 month contract to Florida Department of Health, completed in 13 months) Senior Consultant Worked with Florida DoH and State Technology Office (STO) to implement technology solutions for various IT projects, including Informix to Oracle upgrade and implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite version 11.5.9 for CRM. Managed all aspects of Oracle applications and database implementation project, including directing staff, desktop rollout and support, application development and delivery, training, work plan development, budget management, profit and loss accountability, business development, managing relations with the client, subcontractors and other stakeholders, contract management, executive presentations, and project status reporting to the State Technical Review Workgroup (TRW). Additional responsibilities included add-on business development within the DoH and other State agencies. • $4 million dollar project budget • Implemented projects ahead of schedule • Managed 12 matrixed resources
