Daily Duties at Priority Healthcare:

Directed and managed staff to implement Oracle CRM, custom pharmacy software, Oracle Financials, and Oracle inventory for new joint venture Specialty Pharmacy with Aetna. Led the functional, technical, and user acceptance testing of the application development lifecycle. Guided and advised less experienced staff members. Developed Product Overviews, FAQs, Tool Glossaries, and system user documentation to support Oracle CRM, financials, inventory management, implementation activities, and custom pharmacy applications. Applied specific functional and/or business expertise to perform, direct, and manage tasks. Worked hand-in-hand with Oracle Consulting Project Management to complete the joint venture application enhancements and joint venture specific code to include final hardware and application transition to the joint venture operations team. Operational responsibilities included directing and technical call center (help desk). • Created a multisite Pharmacy fulfillment system based on an Oracle 9i database, Real Application Clusters (RAC), and Oracle E-Business Suite 11.5.9, which included CRM, Distribution, SFA, Order Management, Supply Chain Management, and Financials. • Integrated Oracle e-Business Suite via Java J2EE version 1.4 and using Sun JRE 1.4.2. • $6 million budget • Directed teams of 35 direct and indirect reports • Created and implemented call center environment, directed staff to perform analysis and translation of business needs to create high-quality Business Process Definitions, Use Case Requirements, and Functional Design Specifications; conducted impact analysis of technology changes on business processes and existing technology • Implemented Custom Pharmacy Fulfillment application to multiple sites
