Daily Duties at Biltrite Industries:
Quotes, purchases and installation of new equipment. Coordinate, quote and expedite activities of contractors and repair technicians. Determine and maintain Maintenance and Engineering budgets. Review of maintenance work performed per scheduling and downtime summary reports. Engineering and design changes with equipment and processes. Implementation of LOTO, mill rescue, arc flash, storm water prevention, fire prevention, and assisted in BWC issues, oil spill prevention, some EPA issues. Implementation and expansion of CMMS system, inclusive of development of work order system and tracking of downtime and machine repairs. Hiring and training of maintenance employees.
