Vigorously assisted in prosecution of complex civil litigation for one of Florida's most successful defense trial and workers' compensation law firms and called upon to provide legal services in difficult, hard-to-prove cases. Adhered to proven effective traditions and rigors of law. Drafted all firm pleadings, including complaints, answers, motions, briefs, and orders. Drafted demand packages and correspondence. Controlled discovery; propounded and responded to discovery (pre-suit and in-suit) including interrogatories, requests to produce, requests for admission and request for IME. Arranged expert witnesses. Participated in mediation and trials. Litigation paralegal with this firm from 1995 to 2003 with primary focus on medical malpractice, product liability, premise liability defense and workers' compensation.
