Primary Clients & Examples of Results-driven Communications Initiatives: AT&T (formally SBC) ~ For 7 years running, developed, planned and implemented annual leadership meetings which reinforced corporate branding, introduced annual business goals & strategies, developed leadership skills and enhanced customer and partnership relationships. HSBC (Financial Services) ~ Innovated week-long interactive learning experiences which opened dialogue, challenged thinking and encouraged team building among top leaders. National events were so successful model was expanded globally and drilled down management levels. Solo Cup Company ~ Coordinated corporation’s first sales meeting, including kickoff of new reward and recognition program and interactive product innovation exercises. Success resulted in top leadership buy-in and increased budget to continue as annual event. Oakland University ~ Project managed and wrote view book, brochures, newsletter and alumni capital campaign materials for university, as well as specific schools, such as education, nursing, engineering, and business administration. Harbour Consulting (acquired by Oliver Wyman) ~ Contributed written analysis on automotive plants for The Harbour Report, an independent reference of benchmarked Auto Industry data. Additional Clients: Ladbroke Racing Corporation, The Stroh Brewery Company, Ameritech Publishing (Yellow Pages), Comerica Bank, U-M Care Network, University of Phoenix, Bridge Strategic Communications, (PR), Turgeon Group (advertising) and Phoenix Marketing Group.
