Teller II/Teller I/ Image Technician Assisted customers with banking needs including: cashing checks, making deposits, making loan payments, selling savings bonds, answering phones, researching customer concerns, cross-selling banking products, processing ATM transactions, and balancing vaults. Image Technician: data entry of account numbers, routing numbers, and amounts. Balancing teller transactions, transmitting daily activity to Park National Bank, and preparing all paperwork to transmit information to the Federal Bank. • Promoted from Image Technician to Teller I in June 2000 • Promoted from Teller I to Teller II in April 2004 • Employee of the month in March 2004 • Attended 5+ training courses per year • Completed AIB Marketing course in 2004
