Daily Duties at Shannon Staffing, Inc:
Coordinate daily operations, recruiting, and business development, for the Mount Vernon office. Responsible for client relations, hiring and termination decisions, and community relations. Conduct drug screens, background checks, interviews, and new employee orientations. • Serviced 10+ clients for staffing needs • Increased branch hours by approximately 37% in the first 3 months. • Responsible for 2 office employees and 100 field employees in all employment areas including: setting expectations, discipline, attendance, and termination. • Developing business in the Mount Vernon market by communicating with current and prospective clients via written, telephone, and personal communication. • Processing timecards, worker’s compensation, and new hire paperwork
