Provided support for Project Managers, Engineers, Logistics, Sales, and HR staff for a large installation contractor for Verizon. Prepared proposals, documented performance, quality conformity, budgetary goals, and staffing needs. Met with Verizon directors and engineering staff to plan project timelines, quality conformity, and project development, directing as many as 230 staff. Led numerous successful, on-time and highly profitable installation and construction projects in New York, New Jersey and the Northeast.
