Daily Duties at Maytag Inc:

Managed 3 different assembly lines over 2 shifts and all three paint systems – Wet Paint, ED and Powder coating – producing washers and dryers. Supervised 9 salaried employees and over 300 union associates. Then promoted to Quality Director and managed all the quality operations at the site to include assembly, fabrication, plastics and plant inspections, the Quality Assurance Lab, the Supplier Quality Lab, and quality compliance by all our vendors. Supervised up to 13 salaried and 31 union associates.
