* Increased piston production 60% from 8,000 units to 20,000 units daily. * Evaluated stamping tool & die shop build and repair for staffing requirements and performance resulting in a headcount reduction of over 37%+. * Reviewed over 3,500 Boeing drawings to determine supplier piece part cost and redistributing specific piece parts to suppliers having the required capability and production capacity. * Reorganized in-house manufacturing from 5 US based manufacturing facilities saving $160,000+ by concentrating parts to plants with specific core competencies. * Performed on-site supplier audits to assess production capability to meet quality, price and delivery.
