Responsible for coordinating between corporate headquarters and Houston District all merchandise programs, activities and market needs. Implementation of the programs. Monitor and report District merchandise needs relating to inventory levels, flow of merchandise, proper signage, plan-o-gram compliance, promotional drives, new store sets and remodeling. Maintain awareness of gross profit and provide recommendations for improvement. Coordinate with area managers on all district merchandise activities: split classifications, store quotas for promotions, inventory mix, levels and management.
