Daily Duties at Cushman & Wakefield Of Florida, Inc.:
Supervision of Tampa area Property Managers responsible for over one million square feet of Class "A" office and industrial property. Manage the operation of a one million square foot portfolio of commercial office and industrial property owned by Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company. Responsibilities include the collection of rents, paying bills, handling tenant calls, arranging and supervising service work, the maintenance of records and preparation of reports to provide information to the owners. Act as the owner's representative and liaison for all management functions. Develop capital and operatin g budgets for all properties. Oversee all construction and renovation of tenant spaces. Manage administrative and maintenance personnel.
