Daily Duties at Intersection Entertainment (Sold):

Oversaw the operation of 3 night clubs and major concert events (including MTV) in Grand Rapids area) staff management totaling 180 (hiring/firing, training and team building) Negotiated multiple concert venue bookings. Directed and trained staff of 100 plus security personnel. (to insure guests safety and enjoyment) including: electronic surveillance, submission holds, artist and VIP security, crowd control, metal detector operation, employee escorts, vehicle searches, perimeter security (of common areas and beyond)
