A cGMP pharmaceutical and medical device converter dedicated to the printing and converting of labels, lids, pouches servicing Mexico, the US and the local pharmaceutical, medical and diagnostics markets. Operations Manager (1989-1993) Sales Manager (1986-1989) Customer Service Manager (1983-1986 Customer Service Representative (1981-1983) • Responsible for sales, manufacturing, customer service, purchasing and planning departments. • Coordinated quality improvement circles resulting in lower costs and increased service. • Prepared annual budgets and sales forecasts. Developed computerized estimating system. • Researched and qualified new alternate raw materials, resulting in lower costs and improved margins. • Increased sales by an average of 20% to over 9 million dollars per year. • Negotiated preferential pricing from major suppliers, resulting in lower customer prices and an improved bottom line.
