• Responsible for Data Services IT strategic planning; budget preparation; full management of outsourcing estimates and resource allocations for all product development and software investments. • Defined and successfully integrated a project request prioritization model for Data Services and web development. • Managed daily operational project scope and change requests; assigned and provided oversight within development team, tracking individual developer tasks and project time allocation. • Acted as a business liaison between Data Services business unit and development team building technical specifications, defining documentation of modularized/joint test cases. • Worked closely with development team, system administrators and infrastructure resources to fully scope and define QA cycle. • Served as central point of contact and assisted development team in identifying/building necessary underlying architectural infrastructure for software and web development. • Responsible for all areas of vendor and third party management; prepared RFPs (Request for Pricing), SOWs (Statement of Work). Worked closely with all outsourcing units to facilitate the process of identifying and obtaining a timely resolution of business application issues.
