Negotiated preferential pricing with raw material suppliers. Prepared all estimates for customer proposals. • Made sales calls to selected accounts. • Analyzed operations and identified process improvements, recommended alternate sources of supply, and researched new materials and processes. Conducted equipment and jobs rationalization for best fit operational productivity. • Redesigned presses to accommodate wider press rolls, lowering costs and increasing margins
